By accessing or using the services provided by Quick Solve, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Quick Solve provides professional PRO services, visa processing, document attestation, company formation assistance, and related government liaison services in the United Arab Emirates.

Our services include but are not limited to: visa applications and renewals, Emirates ID processing, labor card services, trade license assistance, document clearing, and attestation services with relevant UAE authorities such as GDRFA, MOHRE, and MOFA.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our operations or interfere with any other party's use of our services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted to us are genuine, valid, and legally obtained. Quick Solve is not liable for any consequences arising from the submission of fraudulent or invalid documents.

We reserve the right to refuse processing of any documents that we believe, in our sole discretion, to be suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant with UAE laws and regulations.

Original documents submitted to us will be handled with care; however, we recommend retaining copies of all documents. We are not responsible for loss or damage to documents caused by third-party carriers or government authorities.

All fees for our services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Government fees, fines, penalties, and any additional charges imposed by authorities are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid separately. These fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. Payment plans may be available for certain services upon request and approval.

Service fees are generally non-refundable once processing has commenced. However, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of processing.

Government fees paid on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are paid directly to UAE authorities.

If your application is rejected due to reasons within our control, we may offer to reprocess your application at no additional service charge, subject to our assessment of the situation.

All processing times provided are estimates only and are subject to change based on government authority workloads, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Quick Solve shall not be held liable for any delays caused by government authorities, incomplete documentation provided by the client, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of the status of your applications and any unexpected delays that may arise during processing.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quick Solve or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission from Quick Solve.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Solve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or government application, as final decisions rest solely with the relevant UAE authorities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quick Solve, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services.

This includes any claims arising from your breach of these terms, violation of any law, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and business information. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to provide our services or as mandated by law.

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing structures, or business processes disclosed to you during our engagement.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without notice if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or reputation.

Upon termination, any documents in our possession will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe, subject to settlement of any outstanding payments.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
